1. General Information
Welcome to Play Paradise LLC, an indoor playground located in Orlando, Florida, designed for children aged 6 months to 8 years. By entering our facility or using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. These rules are intended to ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for all guests.
Play Paradise LLC is not a daycare or childcare provider. Parents or legal guardians must remain on-site and supervise their children at all times.
2. General Rules of Use
Maximum playtime per visit: 2 hours.
No jumping from or on any equipment.
No running, screaming, pushing, or rough play.
Children must be supervised at all times by their parent or guardian.
Children may not use the restroom alone.
Follow all directions given by the Court Monitor or staff members.
Parents/guardians are fully responsible for ensuring compliance with all safety rules.
3. Items Not Allowed in the Play Area
No food, drinks, gum, or candy.
No bags, backpacks, or strollers inside the play area.
No sharp objects, tools, or weapons.
No alcohol, vaping, or drug use (entry will be denied).
Do not enter if you or your child are experiencing illness or health issues.
Please empty all pockets before entering to protect the equipment.
4. Socks & Cleanliness
All children and adults entering the play area must wear clean, non-slip grip socks.
Grip socks are available for purchase. Parents who choose not to purchase them assume full responsibility for any slips, falls, or related injuries.
5. Restroom & Changing Station
Children must be escorted to the restroom by a parent or guardian.
Never leave a child unattended on the changing station.
Always use the safety restraint system.
Changing tables are designed for infants up to 3 years old and under 20 kg (44 lbs).
Improper use may result in injury from falling or sliding.
6. Health & Medical Conditions
Children showing symptoms of illness or contagious conditions will not be allowed to enter.
Play Paradise LLC is not responsible for any illness, allergic reaction, injury, or death occurring on the premises.
Parents/guardians accept full responsibility for any medical risks associated with participation.
7. Behavior & Conduct
To maintain a safe and enjoyable environment:
No excessive screaming, climbing on unauthorized structures, throwing objects, or rough play.
Parents/guardians are solely responsible for any injury their child sustains, including slips, falls, or collisions.
Play Paradise LLC is not responsible for injuries caused by another child.
Parents/guardians are liable for any damage caused by their child to the facility or equipment.
8. Facility & Emergency Procedures
The facility has two exits (front and rear), both accessible in an emergency.
The rear exit includes a push bar and is not locked by key.
Emergency lighting and signage are installed.
In case of an emergency, all customers must exit immediately through either exit.
Staff will assist as needed but Play Paradise LLC does not accept liability for harm during evacuation.
9. Assumption of Risk, Waiver & Release of Liability
(As required under Florida Statute §744.301(3)(b))
NOTICE TO THE NATURAL GUARDIAN OF A MINOR CHILD:
By signing or electronically agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you are permitting your minor child(ren) to engage in activities that involve inherent risk. Even if Play Paradise LLC uses reasonable care, your child(ren) may be seriously injured or killed due to dangers that cannot be eliminated.
By agreeing, you waive your right and your child(ren)’s right to recover damages from Play Paradise LLC, its owners, employees, or agents for any injury, death, or property damage resulting from participation in activities at this facility.
You have the right to refuse to sign this waiver; however, your child(ren) will not be permitted to participate without it.
10. Indemnification
The parent or guardian agrees to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend Play Paradise LLC and its officers, agents, and employees from all claims, injuries (including death), damages, or losses arising out of participation in any Play Paradise activities.
11. Authorization for Medical Treatment
In the event of injury or illness occurring on the premises, the parent/guardian authorizes Play Paradise LLC staff to obtain medical treatment deemed necessary by qualified medical personnel.
Every effort will be made to contact the parent/guardian before treatment, but care will not be withheld if contact cannot be made.
12. Acknowledgment of Understanding
By entering the facility or signing electronically, you acknowledge that:
You have read, understood, and agreed to this Assumption of Risk, Waiver, and Medical Authorization.
You are voluntarily giving up substantial legal rights.
You agree this Agreement is to be interpreted as broadly as permitted under Florida law.
If any part of this Agreement is found invalid, the remainder shall remain in full effect.
